Please take a look at our Technical Support Web Page before sending a technical question. It contains a number of solutions for common problems relating to installing Textures, printing, and font placement. If you still cannot find an answer to your question, send us an e-mail. To insure an accurate diagnosis of your problem, please include as many of the following details as you can:
- Your name and serial number (visible in the About Textures window.)
- Your Textures version number (select the Textures application in the Finder (click on it once) then choose "Get Info . . ." from the File menu.
- Your Macintosh name and version (e.g. iMac, PowerBook G3).
- Your System software version number.
- The version of ATM you have installed.
- The manufacturer and model of printer you are using and the amount of RAM it has.
- The version number and name of the printer driver software you are using.
- Your TeX log showing the error.
- A good description of the problem, including a little history.
