Tips for Self-Care

Whether you’re still in quarantine or starting to slowly reacclimate into society, the last 8 weeks have been stressful for all of us. Take some time for you with these self-care ideas.

  1. Write 10 things to be grateful for in your journal.
  2. Do a home spa day, complete with a bubble bath, face mask, and your favorite candle.
  3. Get at least 8 hours of sleep.
  4. Get some sunshine while you plant a garden.
  5. Declutter your home or office.
  6. Read a good book.
  7. Learn a new skill set.
  8. Make a craft or DIY project.
  9. Learn to meditate.
  10. Unplug from social media for a weekend.
