Tips for Self-Care

Whether you’re still in quarantine or starting to slowly reacclimate into society, the last 8 weeks have been stressful for all of us. Take some time for you with these self-care ideas.
- Write 10 things to be grateful for in your journal.
- Do a home spa day, complete with a bubble bath, face mask, and your favorite candle.
- Get at least 8 hours of sleep.
- Get some sunshine while you plant a garden.
- Declutter your home or office.
- Read a good book.
- Learn a new skill set.
- Make a craft or DIY project.
- Learn to meditate.
- Unplug from social media for a weekend.
