About the Designer: Ampersand

We are forever inspired by color and shapes, and this 2019-2020 planner collection is no exception! We combined hand-drawn line work and cut paper art with a modern color palette to bring these optimistic and energetic designs to life! We love this collection because it combines a geometric pattern, a simple stripe, and a casual floral (three of our favorite things!) together in one happy place! The addition of specialty materials like printed linen covers and metallic gold hot foil just adds that special touch!

Together, Morgan Georgie & Carrie Kiefer, make up the wildly fun Kansas City-based art and design partnership, Ampersand Design Studio. Carrie & Morgan’s combined style is modern, artful and always colorful! It’s life in the Midwest, their kids’ imaginations and their own long-time friendship that inspire Ampersand’s unique designs.
