I have been buying this type of DD planner for years: the daily is too detailed for my day, the 5x8 size is too small, but this is exactly what I need, because I like to have it open on the kitchen counter so I find the combination of size and available space just right for me. The paper is thick enough for the pens I use, including gel pens - no bleeding at all. I think it's getting more difficult to find hardcover options, which I really prefer even though I don't carry the planner around much. Luckily, the Graceful Periwinkle this year is quite lovely, so I am very happy with my purchase.
