Return Policy

Blue Sky guarantees that our products will arrive at their destination defect-free. If you are not satisfied with the condition of your product, please return the product to Blue Sky and we will exchange the product or issue a credit. Please follow the return procedures outlined below. For Binder returns please see next section down for instructions. Please email our Customer Service department at custserv@bluesky.com. Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue a refund or process an exchange in accordance with this policy.

  • Please mail all returns/exchanges to Blue Sky Attn: Web Returns, 410 Exchange, Suite 250, Irvine, CA 92602
  • All returns must be received within 45 days of the order ship date.
  • Include a copy of either your email confirmation or your packing slip with your return. If you wish to exchange your product for a different item, please indicate on your paperwork which item number it is that you would like to exchange it for.
  • If you are exchanging for an item of higher value, please know that the difference in price will be charged to your credit card on file.
  • For all exchanges, please be aware that the shipping charges for the new item will be charged to your credit card on file.
  • Please note that shipping and handling for returns will not be refunded.
  • Please provide all contact information (Name, Address, Phone Number, Email) on your paperwork if it is not already stated on your packing slip or order confirmation.

Binder Return Policy

  • If you wish to return or exchange the binders you have received, please email our Customer Service department at custserv@bluesky.com for all binder return requests.
  • All binder returns must be issued a Web Return Authorization number prior to the consumer returning the product for credit or exchange.
  • For all returns/exchanges, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges; this includes re-shipping the new product.
  • All binder returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
  • Once the Web Return Authorization is issued, our Customer Service representative will provide you with detailed information on returning your binders, to ensure that you receive proper credit.
  • Failure to comply with these policies may result in no credit for the items returned.

Blue Sky does not accept payment in the form of cash, check or money order; however, Blue Sky accepts the following payment methods:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Paypal

Standard Shipping Information

Freight charges are calculated based on the order total. Minimum order processing fees & taxes are excluded from the freight calculation. Below please find a shipping cost schedule for standard ground, two-day air and overnight shipments. Standard orders will arrive in 4 to 10 business days from the date on which the order was placed. Shipping during the holiday season can be slower. Depending upon your location you will need to allow up to 14 business days for delivery during the months of November and December. Blue Sky does not guarantee a delivery time for standard shipments.  All orders are processed at 7:30 am PST.  If your order is placed after 7:30 am PST, your order will be processed on the next business day.  Please note that orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.  If an order is placed on any of these days, your order will be processed the next business day.

2-Day & Overnight Shipments

If you have any questions about a rush order or would like information on when your order will arrive, please contact Blue Sky Customer Service (custserv@bluesky.com).  All orders are processed at 7:30 am PST.  If your order is placed after 7:30 am PST, your order will be processed on the next business day.  Please note that orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.  If an order is placed on any of these days, your order will be processed the next business day.  If you are placing an order with 2-day or Overnight shipping and you have missed the daily order processing cutoff, please contact Blue Sky Customer Service, as they are occassionally able to accomodate expediting the processing on these orders.  At this time, we can only ship orders going to addresses within the United States; and, shipping to P.O. Box addresses is limited to small-sized items only.  Please contact Blue Sky Customer Service (custserv@bluesky.com) for large orders in excess of $1,000 for reduced freight rates. 

Wholesale Requests

At this time we are unable to maintain excess inventories to sell wholesale; however, we can often accommodate a consumer’s needs depending upon the type of product. The purchase program will require a minimum order value and the buyer will incur the shipping and handling costs.
