Order & Shipping

+I have not received my order.
Please note orders may take two days to process and ship; once shipped it takes anywhere from 3-7 business days to arrive via USPS.

+Can I get a copy of the invoice for my order?
Please provide us with your order number or your last name and we will gladly send you an invoice.
+Can I change my order?
If your order has been processed, changes and cancellations cannot be made and you will have to go through the return or exchange process to make the desired change.
+How do I cancel my order?
Please email Customer Service at [email protected] If your order has been processed, changes and cancellations cannot be made and you will have to go through the return or exchange process to make the desired change. Please see our returns and shipping policy for additional details.
+Can I make a change to my order?
If you recently placed your order (within approximately 24 hours), contact our Customer Service Department and we can try to cancel your order if it has not already been processed. However, if your order has been processed, changes to and cancellation cannot be made and you will have to go through the return or exchange process to make the desired change.
+How do I make a return/exchange?
We understand that sometimes an incorrect product can be ordered and we will gladly exchange the item for an item that is currently available through our web store or process a return to credit for your credit card on file for any purchase made through BlueSky.com. Please refer to your packing slip. Please note: items bought through retailers will be under the retailer policy, please contact your retailer to get a return/exchange.
+Can I expedite my order?
If a 2-Day or Overnight delivery is placed prior to the 8:30am PST cut-off time, your order will be processed and shipped that same day. If you place a 2-Day or Overnight order after the 8:30 am PST cut-off time, it may not be shipped until the following business day.
+If I chose express or overnight delivery when can I expect to receive my product?
All orders are processed at 8:30 am PST. If your order is placed after 8:30 am PST, your order will be shipped on the next business day. Please note that orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. If an order is placed on any of these days, your order will be processed the next business day. If you are placing an order with 2-day or Overnight shipping and you have missed the daily order processing cutoff, please contact us via email, as they are occassionally able to accomodate expediting the processing on these orders.
+Can I have Express and Overnight orders shipped to a PO Box?
No. Our Express and Overnight orders are shipped FedEx. Per their policy, FedEx packages cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
+Do you give bulk order discounts?
Yes, we offer bulk order discounts which are available for orders of $1,500 and above. Bulk discounts are based on the quantity purchased, the item, and availability. If you are interested in placing a bulk order, please contact us via email. We can provide a special order summary for your review, which will outline the costs and terms of the order. In order for us to provide you with accurate information on pricing and availability, please provide us with the item(s) you are interested in ordering, the approximate quantities, and the shipping destination zip code. Please know that all of our special orders must be pre-paid prior to shipping with a valid credit card.
+Do you accept purchase orders?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept purchase orders. All orders made through BlueSky.com must be paid in full with a valid credit card.
+We are tax exempt, how do we process an order?
At this time, our web store only applies sales tax to orders placed in California, Arkansas, Tennessee and Texas.  In order to receive tax exempt status, please fax or email your completed tax exempt certificate for our records. You may fax your documents to us or send them via email to [email protected] Once your documents are received, you may place an order online and send us an email providing your order confirmation number; we will then be able to reimburse you for the tax.
+Can I get order tracking to view the status of my order?

Refills

+What is the difference between a refill & a planner?
A refill is a spiral or seven-hole-punched calendar that can be inserted into your existing planner cover. A planner is a standalone planning unit that includes the calendar insert.
+Which planner is a refill for my cover?
A refill is a spiral bound planner or notebook that can be inserted into your existing planner cover. So, you just have to figure out the size of your cover and find the planner or notebook that will fit!
+What components are included in a refill?
Calendar, telephone directory, notes pages, zip pouch and business card holder.
+Where can I purchase Blue Sky planner refills?
An assortment of Blue Sky planner refills can be purchased at various retailers including Target, Office Depot, OfficeMax & FedEx Office. Blue Sky planner refills can also be purchased at our web store.
+Can Blue Sky planner refills be purchased directly from retailer web sites?
Yes, our products are currently available on OfficeDepot.com, Staples.com and Quill.com, and will soon be available on Walmart.com and Target.com.

Products

+What is an Academic Year (AY) calendar and how does it differ from a Regular Year (RY) calendar?
An Academic Year (AY) calendar covers a 12-month time span from July through June. A Regular Year (RY) calendar covers a 12-month time span from January through December.
+What types of bindings are there to choose from?
We offer several different binding styles: spiral, ringed, twin wired, bookbound, tear-off and stapled.
+When will product for next year be available on-line?
Products for the Regular Year (January - December) typically begin launching in August of the previous year and new collections will continue to launch through December. Academic Year (July-June) products typically begin launching in February of the previous year and new collections will continue to launch through July.
+Where are the Looney Tunes Calendars?
Unfortunately, for July 2016-June 2017, the Looney Tunes calendars were not produced. They will appear again for the January to December 2017 season.
+What does “Create Your Own Cover” mean?
A CYO (create your own) cover planner is a planner that is wrapped in a clear pocket cover, allowing you to display documents, photos or artwork up front.

+Do you sell in traditional brick and mortar retail stores?
We sell products in every Target, Walmart, Office Max, Office Depot, FedEx Office, Staples and Walgreens retail store. If you know what specific item you are looking for, we will be more than happy to point you in the right direction.
+Do you sell in online retail stores?
We currently sell products on BlueSky.com, Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Target.com, Staples.com, and OfficeDepot.com. If you know what specific item you are looking for, we will be more than happy to point you in the right direction.
+Do you offer Price Matching?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer price matching. We sincerely apologize.
+Why does Target have lower prices?
Unfortunately, we do not set pricing for Target. This is true for all of our retailers. They set their own prices.
+Can Blue Sky planner refills be purchased directly from retailer web sites?
Yes, our products are currently available on OfficeDepot.com, Staples.com and Quill.com, and will soon be available on Walmart.com and Target.com.

+When can I purchase a planner for January to December 2017?
Our Jan-Dec 2017 products have started to roll out now and we will continue adding new designs thorugh September. Please check back to find your favorite Blue Sky products starting now!

Personalization

+Can I do overnight or 2nd day shipping for Personalization?
No, not at this time. We only offer FedEx Ground. Products are made to order which means longer processing time.
+If I have Personalized and non-Personalized items in purchase, how will my items ship?
Due to processing time, Personalized items will ship separately from the rest of your order.

+I already purchased my planner, but would like to change my design. Can I change my design?
These items are made to order and cannot be changed or refunded after purchase.
+Can I cancel my Personalized order?
Cancellations must occur within 24 hours of purchase. Business hours are Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM PST.
+How long will it take to receive my Personalized order?
Orders may take up to 2 weeks to process and will ship once completed. Actual ship time is not included in this estimate, and may vary.
+I need 100 planners with the exact same cover design.
Design and add one notebook or planner. Go to cart, change the quantity and update cart.
