Fabric-wrapped hardcover planner in a 5x7 size, available in black or chambray blue premium linen. This book-bound planner comes with a pen loop on the spine and a gold foil embossed logo, plus a matching satin ribbon bookmark and bungee to keep your planner closed. These beautiful journals make a lovely keepsake to decorate your book shelf or give as a gift.
Before you start on your path to mental clarity and wellness, the Thoughtful Journal comes with a “How to Use” section at the beginning of the planner. There are examples of how you can use your new planner to get the most from the prompts, questions, life tips, introspective quotes, and habit tracker.
Each month starts with a “Monthly Overview” that includes a reflection on the previous month and what you’re looking forward to in the current month. There is a section to plan something special, activities you enjoy most, and a place to write down something you’re thankful for. Each monthly spread also comes with a “Life Tip,” inspirational quote, lined notes, and a habit tracker.
Your monthly Habit Tracker includes space for 2 habits that you want to work on each month. Under the habit line, there are 31 circles for each day of the month to fill in every day that you complete a good habit you’re trying to form, or combat a bad habit you’re trying to break.
Each week starts with a block section to write what you want to do more and less of that week. Next, are prompts to write down your focus, intentions, and aspirations, followed by space for reflection to think about your high and low moments that week. You’ll also find a place for gratitude and a place to rate your week. The right side of this 2-page weekly spread is a full page of lined writing space for “Just Thinking.”
The Thoughtful Journal includes 12 pages of lined notes at the end with introspective questions and prompts to guide your self-discovery. Questions such as “What makes you unique?” and “What would you say to your future self?” allow you to find your worth and plan for your future self.
