  • Please allow 1-3 business for processing and 5-7 business days for shipping and delivery. This excludes holidays. 
  • Promotions will be sent via standard shipping. Please note: The shipping policy stated above applies.
  • Currently, we do not offer Free Shipping unless during a promotional period and or spending $100 or more before discounts, shipping, and taxes.

        SHIPPING RATES

        Blue Sky shipping rates are calculated based on the total product dollar amount subtotal in your cart (excluding tax). Blue Sky will not refund shipping for an incorrect shipping method selected.

        OUR GUARANTEE

        BLUE SKY GUARANTEES THAT OUR PRODUCTS WILL ARRIVE AT THEIR DESTINATION DEFECT-FREE. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE CONDITION OF YOUR PRODUCT, PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO RETURN IT AND WE WILL REPLACE IT OR ISSUE A CREDIT. PLEASE FOLLOW THE RETURN PROCEDURES OUTLINED BELOW.         • Items Listed as Final Sale Banner are Final Sale. These items are not available for returns or refunds. Items may include "All sales are final on this "YEAR" planner/calendar" on the top of the description. Please ensure you are buying the correct YEAR for your planner by reviewing the item title and description. 
        • All returns must be received within 30 days of the order ship date.
        • Returns can only be accepted for new and unused products.
        • Please call or email Blue Sky Customer Service to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
        • Include a copy of either your email confirmation or your packing slip with your return along with the issued RMA number.
        • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping for any returned items.
          • This includes, but is not limited to, returns due to product dissatisfaction, incorrect sizing, change of mind, or any other non-defective reasons.
        • Please provide all contact information (Name, Address, Phone Number, Email) on your paperwork if it is not already stated on your packing slip or order confirmation.
        • Please note that shipping and handling for returns may not be refunded.

        • Blue Sky Digital Gift cards purchased from Blue Sky are non-refundable. We do not offer cash refunds, exchanges, or returns for gift card purchases, except where required by law. If you have misplaced your gift card # or need us to email you the # again, feel free to contact us. 
        • Blue Sky Digital Gift Cards are only redeemable for merchandise on www.bluesky.com. 
        • Blue Sky Digital Gift Cards do not expire.
        • Blue Sky Digital Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods and services provided by Blue Sky on www.bluesky.com. Eligible goods and services are subject to change at our sole discretion. Blue Sky Digital Gift Cards are not accepted at retail locations or other e-commerce sites where Blue Sky products may be sold.

        RETURN POLICY - www.amazon.com

        • For orders placed on www.amazon.com, please contact Amazon for returns, or by visiting your orders section and select reason for return. At the moment, Blue Sky does not have visibility to amazon orders. Inquiries for purchasing made on Amazon, please contact Amazon directly. 

          BINDER RETURN POLICY

          • All binder returns must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to the consumer returning the product.
          • For all returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
          • Returns can only be accepted for new and unused products.
          • Once the RMA is issued, a Customer Service representative will provide you with detailed information on returning your binders, to ensure that you receive proper credit.
          • Failure to comply with these policies may result in no credit for the items returned.

          EXCHANGE POLICY

          • To exchange a product please follow the return policy instructions above to receive a refund on your purchase then place an additional order on website for the item you wish to exchange your return for.

          ORDER CANCELLATION

          If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Please note that orders are not eligible for cancellation once they have shipped. Please email Blue Sky Customer Service.

          • Orders placed prior to 10:00am PST Monday-Friday can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. This option is available for registered member users online through the My Account page. Simple click on "cancel" to your corresponding order.
          • For customers requiring assistance please call customer service within 1 hour of placing your order to make an attempt to cancel and stop shipment of your order.

          Blue Sky does not accept payment in the form of cash, check or money order; however, Blue Sky accepts the following payment methods:

          WHOLESALE REQUESTS

          At this time, we are unable to maintain excess inventories to sell wholesale; however, we can offer a discount for bulk purchases or assist you with shipping options and costs on orders of $1,000 or more. Please send us the following information and we will be happy to assist you.
