I like this little calendar. It's small—each spread is an entire month—, but that's what I need. The small size means I can only put big picture items and appointments in it that I need to remember, so I don't end up overwhelmed with tasks and to-do lists.
I also like the durable plastic cover so I can slip stickers into the cover and customize my calendar.
There are a few notable differences compared to my 2024-2025 calendar.
Starting with a positive, this calendar has thicker paper. I use an indexing hole punch to nip the corners of my calendar pages when I'm done with them, and it's much easier to do this with thicker paper.
This calendar is missing a page to record annual events; this page makes it much easier to set up the next calendar, so I wish it had been included.
This calendar has more goal-oriented/planning pages, which is sort of antithetical to what I personally need. The more detailed my plans are in writing, the more overwhelmed I get and the less likely I am to complete them or even reference them in the future.
There are also a few wasted pages in this calendar that feel like unnecessary advertisements: Day Designer's story, and a live-laugh-love quote.
There is also a page dedicated to listing the dates of holidays, but those dates are also already listed on the actual calendar.
I've included a side-by-side comparison of my current calendar and this new calendar.
