SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

STANDARD SHIPPING INFORMATION

If you have any questions about an order or would like information on when your order will arrive, please contact Blue Sky Customer Service.

  • Freight charges are calculated based on the order subtotal.
  • Minimum order processing fees & taxes are excluded from the freight calculation.
  • Standard orders typically arrive between 4 to 10 business days from the from day the order was placed depending on the shipping method selected.
  • Standard shipping methods include USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation and FedEx Ground. Orders delivering to a P.O. Box must be placed using USPS as a delivery method.
  • Shipping during the holiday season may be slower. Depending upon your location you will need to allow up to 14 business days for delivery during the months of November and December.
  • Blue Sky does not guarantee a delivery time for standard shipments nor does Blue Sky make any claims or guarantees with regard to promises or expectations of the shipping provider. 
  • All orders are processed right away. Cancellations may not be available due to this immediate shipping processing time, however, we will try to accommodate your request as best as possible.  
  • Please note that orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.  If an order is placed on any of these days, your order will be processed the next business day.
  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separated packages or on separates dates.You may also receive multiple tracking number notifications.
  • At this time, we can only ship orders to addresses within the United States; and, shipping to P.O. Box addresses is limited to small-sized items only.  Please contact Blue Sky Customer Service for large orders in excess of $1,000 for reduced freight rates
  • All Free Shipping Promotions will be sent via standard shipping. Please note: The shipping policy stated above applies.
  • PERSONALIZATION ORDERS: Processing times vary for personalized items.  Shipments will be sent based on when your product has completed. See FAQs for additional information. 

2-DAY AND OVERNIGHT SHIPMENTS

If you have any questions about a rush order or would like information on when your order will arrive, please contact Blue Sky Customer Service.

  • All expedited orders are processed right away. Cancellations may not be available due to this immediate shipping processing time, however, we will try to accommodate your request as best as possible.    
  • Please note that orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.  If an order is placed on any of these days, your order will be processed the next business day. 
  • If you are placing an order with 2-day or Overnight shipping and you have missed the daily order processing cutoff, please contact Blue Sky Customer Service, as they are occasionally able to accommodate expediting the processing on these orders.  
  • PERSONALIZATION ORDERS: Personalized items do not qualify for 2-Day or Overnight Shipping.  Please note: Orders placed with both personalized and non-personalized, also do no qualify for expedited shipping.  All Personalized orders (with or without non-personalized items) will ONLY ship with standard shipping.  See FAQs for additional information. 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE

All orders are processed as they are received.  If your order is placed after 10:00 am PST, your order will be shipped on the next business day.  Blue Sky shipping will be unavailable on the following days, and will resume normal shipping schedule the next business day:

SHIPPING RATES

Blue Sky shipping rates are calculated based on the total product dollar amount subtotal in your cart (excluding tax). Free USPS first class mail options are available for orders with subtotal amounts equal to or greater than $100. For free shipping please be sure to select the appropriate USPS shipping option in Checkout. Blue Sky will not refund shipping for an incorrect shipping method selected.

OUR GUARANTEE

BLUE SKY GUARANTEES THAT OUR PRODUCTS WILL ARRIVE AT THEIR DESTINATION DEFECT-FREE. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE CONDITION OF YOUR PRODUCT, PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO RETURN IT AND WE WILL REPLACE IT OR ISSUE A CREDIT. PLEASE FOLLOW THE RETURN PROCEDURES OUTLINED BELOW. FOR BINDER RETURNS, PLEASE SEE THE FOLLOWING SECTION. FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL BLUE SKY CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE ARE HAPPY TO ADDRESS YOUR CONCERNS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS POLICY.

RETURN POLICY

  • All returns must be received within 30 days of the order ship date.
  • Returns can only be accepted for new and unused products.
  • Please call or email Blue Sky Customer Service to initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Include a copy of either your email confirmation or your packing slip with your return along with the issued RMA number.
  • Please provide all contact information (Name, Address, Phone Number, Email) on your paperwork if it is not already stated on your packing slip or order confirmation.
  • Please note that shipping and handling for returns may not be refunded.
  • If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy or a return, please contact Blue Sky Customer Service.
  • Personalization items are made to order and cannot be changed or refunded after purchase. All sales are final. 

BINDER RETURN POLICY

  • All binder returns must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to the consumer returning the product.
  • For all returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
  • Returns can only be accepted for new and unused products.
  • Once the RMA is issued, a Customer Service representative will provide you with detailed information on returning your binders, to ensure that you receive proper credit.
  • Failure to comply with these policies may result in no credit for the items returned.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • To exchange a product please follow the return policy instructions above to receive a refund on your purchase then place an additional order on website for the item you wish to exchange your return for.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Please note that orders are not eligible for cancellation once they have shipped. Please email Blue Sky Customer Service.

  • Orders placed prior to 10:00am PST Monday-Friday can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order. This option is available for registered member users online through the My Account page. Simple click on "cancel" to your corresponding order.
  • For customers requiring assistance please call customer service within 1 hour of placing your order to make an attempt to cancel and stop shipment of your order.
  • Orders placed after 10:00am PST Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped the following business day.

For Personalized Items: Cancellations cannot be guaranteed and we will do our best to assist you. Any attempt to cancel a Personalized order must occur within 24 hours of purchase. Business hours are Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM PST. Due to strict processing times, orders CANNOT be cancelled after the 24 hour period.

Blue Sky does not accept payment in the form of cash, check or money order; however, Blue Sky accepts the following payment methods:

WHOLESALE REQUESTS

At this time, we are unable to maintain excess inventories to sell wholesale; however, we can offer a discount for bulk purchases or assist you with shipping options and costs on orders of $1,000 or more. Please send us the following information and we will be happy to assist you.
