Fits 8.5x11 planners with twin-wire binding with a 3:1 ratio. What IS a 3:1 binding ratio you ask??? Essentially, every 1 inch of length of your binding contains 3 loops of wire.
It means there is less space between each of the twin-wire coils. So, if your twin-wire loop is 1/16th of an inch wide, the space to the next wire loop is the same width of 1/16th of an inch.
