This card is issued by Blue Sky The Color Of Imagination, LLC. Redeem this card for merchandise only online at BlueSky.com; it may not otherwise be returned. This card is not redeemable for cash.

1. Upon first use the eGift Card (including funds on the eGift Card) links to the Blue Sky Order Number associated with the eGift Card's first use and becomes non-transferable.
2. The eGift Card is not refundable or redeemable for cash or credit, unless required by law.
3. Refunded transactions purchased with the Blue Sky eGift card may only be issued to the same or another Blue Sky eGift card. Refunds cannot be applied to credit cards, debit cards, or in cash form.
4. The Blue Sky eGift Card does not expire.
5. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
6. Please record your eGift Card number should you need to request a gift card replacement.

Bluesky.com eGift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Blue Sky eGift Card Redemption. Blue Sky eGift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods and services provided by Blue Sky on www.bluesky.com. Eligible goods and services are subject to change in our sole discretion. Blue Sky eGift Cards are not accepted at retail locations or on other ecommerce sites where Blue Sky products may be sold.
2. BlueSky.com eGift Cards are Non-Transferrable. Your Bluesky.com balance cannot be used to purchase other eGift Cards or third-party eGift cards. eGift Cards cannot be reloaded; resold; used for payment outside of www.bluesky.com; used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, promotional or commercial purposes, including to facilitate the resale or shipment of goods from Bluesky.com; redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value; redeemed for cash; or returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law). No portion of your Bluesky.com balance may be transferred to another Bluesky.com account.
3. Use of Bluesky.com Balance or any eGift Card in Violation of these Terms and Conditions. By purchasing or using an eGift Card, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, and not to use an eGift Card in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to Bluesky.com, its affiliates, or its customers. We reserve the right, without notice to you, to void eGift Cards (including as a component of your Bluesky.com Balance) without a refund, suspend or terminate customer accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a eGift Card is obtained, used, or applied to an Bluesky.com account (or your Bluesky.com Balance is applied to a purchase) fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions.
4. Limitation of Liability. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO EGIFT CARDS OR YOUR BLUESKY.COM BALANCE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, IN THE EVENT AN EGIFT CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF THAT EGIFT CARD.
5. Bluesky.com Balance Expiration. Blue Sky eGift Cards do not and cannot expire.
